Refund policy

Every Crazy Owl product is handmade with care and inspected before shipping.

We do not accept returns on handmade items as each piece is made to order.

However if your order arrives damaged or incorrect we will replace it immediately.

To report a damaged order:
- WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share a photo of the damaged item
- We will send a replacement within 3-5 days
